The jardim is super chill for families, beach access just a stroll away. Loved the breakfast buffet, tons of options to start the day right, and the staff always went outta their way to help us with our requests

Can be described as a relaxing experience, would recomand. The hotel provides a nice hot breakfast. The room is well-kept with heaters for in the winter months, also they can offer wake-up service. Staff is friendly attentive and efficient and you can park your car on site. The services are excellent, including a good pool.

Well-kept and incredibly comfortable rooms are accompanied by excellent service. The staff are lovely and very good and offer wake up service and ironing free of charge.

Nothing to fault!

The indoor pool was just perfect for our little one! 😄 The apartment was tidy and had everything we needed, but it was a bummer the outdoor pool was too chilly to enjoy fully.

The location very closed to the beach is very convinient for families with small children. The appartment are big. The swimming pools and kinder garden are very clean.

It is too expensive.

This is my 2nd time to Jardim do Vau . I love the layout of the apts. lowrise and right on the beach. Its quiet location yet only minutes away from Praia de Rocha or Alvor. found the staff very friendly and helpful. Having teenagers now we were able to eat in either town but apts had a lovely restaurant if you had young children. and shop on site for all ur needs. I will definitely be back . and look forward to it .

What makes it worth it, and what doesn't

The location is unbeatable with beach access and friendly staff who enhance the experience! Our spacious apartment was very clean and provided both comfort and ample facilities for a fantastic family vacation.

Corridors can be noisy due to disturbances from other guests. Limited dining options left us wanting more , especially with dietary restrictions.

Nice apartmentlot of room inside. We had also direct access to the garden and pool

Very small and uncomfortable sofa bed. No shampoo or other amenities, just two small pieces of soap

Lovely big rooms (two bed apartment), friendly, easy to find, clean throughout, access to beach fanastic, local 'set' of restuarants within two minutes walk.

Out of season feel - so indoor pool not open as long as the web site indicated (oh, and you needed hats / flipflops to use the pool which isn't on their site), restaurant didn't have pizza available, slightly 'flat' feel to it.

Encountered issues with air conditioning not functioning properly. The kitchen facilities were lacking basics like a dishcloth or sufficient pots and pans. The outdoor pool was notably cold, which could deter those seeking a warm dip.

Our one-bedroom apartment had everything we needed, a clean living space, comfortable bed, and well-equipped kitchen. The location can't be beat. Just a short walk to the fine beach and beautiful cliffs. The indoor pool was great when the weather was cool, but the outdoor pool was too chilly to enjoy. The kids loved the playground, with a large trampoline and swings. Housekeeping did a fantastic job, keeping everything tidy and fresh. We encountered a few hiccups, especially with dining options. The restaurant had a limited menu, and it felt repetitive. Dining in was okay, but the breakfast was lacking, especially for those with dietary restrictions. One day, the air conditioning didn't seem to work well, causing some discomfort. Despite these issues, we would consider returning to enjoy the fine beaches and lovely atmosphere.

Great spot for chillin' out!

We really enjoyed our stay! The staff was super friendly, especially the reception guy who knew so many languages. The beach is just steps away, awesome for quick swims. Our apartment was spacious and had all we needed. A bit of a bummer was the noisy guests in the morning, but otherwise all was good.

The pool area was nice, but securing a sunbed early is key if you want one. Arrive early to grab a sunbed.

Free Wi-Fi and parking were great, but walls were thin and noisy at night.

The cleaning staff were super at their job, our room was always tidy and fresh during our week-long stay.

There were limited kitchen facilities, with no dishcloths provided for washing up, which would have made our meals more convenient.
